Account Executive – Italy

Our client works in the financial crime space. Founded in 2018, the company has two European office locations, offers a hybrid working model, and has a broad and diverse international team. The role of Account Executive will be a part of the commercial team, which is increasing to 50 people due to the accelerated growth in 2022.

The Job

As an Account Executive, the position will have a client-facing focus where you will convince prospects that our client should be their go-to provider when it comes to monitoring, bank-grade onboarding, and any other anti-financial crime activities. As a vital component of the Sales team, responsibility for complex deal cycles will be of paramount importance as you serve as the face and contact point for our client.

Day-to-Day

  • Develop market-ready sales strategies

  • Consult with Marketing and Business Development teams in order to build a pipeline within the company’s ecosystem

  • Network and represent the company across industry events

  • Manage deal cycles averaging 6-12 months 

Required Skills

  • Full working proficiency in Italian, additional languages are a plus

  • A developed network within Italy 

  • 2+ years of enterprise software sales, or better yet, fintech sales

  • Proven experience with large sales pipelines 

  • A natural relationship builder
