Account Manager


For our client, a rapidly growing payments company with operations all over Europe, we are looking for a Account Manager.



The Job


As Account Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the client relationships, onboarding clients to new products, establishing yourself as the go-to person for questions and guidance, and maintaining the satisfaction of all clients.



  • Organize and lead onboarding, monthly and quarterly client meetings 

  • Support contract signature, incorporation of files, AML training, and implementation phase

  • Manage projects and coordinate with external providers

  • Contribute to the client production phase, manage projects, and coordinate client relationships

  • Manage complementary missions as assigned


Required Skills


  • Background in Fintech, Scheme, PSP, or Provider sector

  • Knowledge of tools such as CRM, JIRA, Zendesk, Monday, Trello

  • Organized, diplomatic, positive, reactive and supportive work ethic

  • Excellent internal communication skills 

  • Ability to analyse and synthesize
