App Manager
For our client, a leading global fashion design company and retailer based in Amsterdam, we are looking for an App Manager. The client has maintained a famous brand image for over thirty years and is looking to boost its app downloads and success with your help.
The Job
As App Manager you will be responsible for the execution and development of the app strategy as well as the trading of the app in cooperation with inhouse teams and third parties. You will be in charge of driving downloads, engagement and subsequent increases in sales via this sales channel.
Day-to-Day

Development and implementation of a trade and content plan

Overseeing maintenance processes

Conceptualise and develop new app features

Manage app and outlet coordinators

Monitor app performance metrics and report findings

Succeed in making the app the to-go channel for the most loyal customers
Required Skills

2+ years of experience in apparel/fashion industry
-
Experience managing day-to-day content on an e-commerce platform

Experience using Google Analytics to present performance reports

Self-starting and eye-for-detail attitude

Fluent in English, Dutch proficiency is a plus.
