ATM Service Operations Manager
We are working with a US-based electronic payments company who has just acquired a growing ATM fleet and needs an experienced ATM Manager to oversee all aspects of operations.
This includes planning, directing, supervising and evaluating workflow, personnel and 3rd party vendors to ensure effective day-to-day and long-term objectives are achieved. This is an opportunity to provide leadership, strategic direction and vision to a growing division in a well-established payments company.
ATM Service Manager Job Description:
In a nutshell, you will oversee two distinct operational departments: Monitoring & Dispatch and Vendor Management. These departments are responsible for maintaining the hardware, software, and field service levels for the ATM fleet.
The ATM Service Manager will oversee the day to day trouble tickets and service calls and provide support for the monitoring and dispatch teams, providing strategic direction for continued improvement of service standards, cultivating a customer service centric environment.
Desired Qualifications of the ATM Service Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or:
- 5+ years related experience
- Strong technical and service background with respect to hardware and software servicing a variety of ATM models
- Demonstrated proficiency in supervising, coaching and developing team members
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
