Business Development Manager – eRetail
For our client, one of the leading European companies in the payments and transactional services industry, we are looking for a Business Development Manager. Our client’s global scope and commitment to innovation enable them to solve technological challenges for industrial companies, banks, merchants and government agencies in all sectors.
The Job
As a Business Development Manager, you will work in the Digital Commerce division. You will be an integral part of the client’s eRetail vertical. Your main responsibilities include creating and executing a go-to-market strategy with the ultimate goal to acquire new global enterprise customers.
Day-to-Day

Acquire new business with global top enterprises to ensure our client provides the key payment processes for their online business

Identify and approach prospective Enterprise customers and make a persuasive impression on behalf of our client

Collaborate across different functions to sell payment solutions and deliver a high level of service to the large global corporations

Respond to comprehensive RFP/RFI’s
Required Skills

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills and techniques

Sales experience with complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, and financial services products within the digital eCommerce industry

Knowledge and proven success with sales methodologies for repeatable growth

Solid business acumen and awareness of financial factors

Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities in an effective way

Fluent in English – additional European languages is beneficial (French, Spanish, Italian, German)
