Account Manager Payments – Nordics
For our client, a European open banking platform based in Stockholm, we are looking for an Account Manager based in Stockholm or Oslo. You will be able to work in a hybrid remote setup.
The Job
As Account Manager Payments – Nordics, you will be operating in the backbone of our client’s operations and will be driving growth with leading Fintechs and PSPs in Scandinavia. Your main responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of customers and designing, driving and executing the Nordic sales and growth strategy.
Day-to-Day

Drive revenue growth across the board, generate new sales, upsell and cross-sell with our existing customers in Scandinavia

Identify our key customers’ business models and utilize opportunities for innovation

Deliver products tailored to customers’ needs

Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders to develop valuable, strategic relationships

Guide and support major contract negotiations

Develop and execute account and portfolio management strategies
Required skills
-
At least 3 years of account management or enterprise sales, preferably in the Financial Services/Technology/Payments space, with a clear track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals

A university degree in a relevant field

Proven experience influencing, selling and negotiating with stakeholders and customers

Experience with a fast-paced high-growth organization is a great plus

Experience working with key stakeholders at the largest Nordic banks/fintechs is also a plus

You are proficient in Swedish and English

You are a self-starter with a hands-on mentality
