Business Development Manager 

For our client, a Dutch based athleisure and sportswear merchant that recently grew to one of the biggest eCommerce companies in it category, we are looking for a Business Development Manager.

 

The Job 

As Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to further grow the position of the client’s name and service in the business market and therefore generate a constant flow of new leads while nurturing the existing accounts. 

 

Day-to-Day

  • Identify, contact and nurture potential and existing clients

  • Mapping target groups  and prospects 

  • Use innovative ways to generate new business leads

  • Optimize the application and delivery process 

  • Collaborate with Ops Marketing to optimize lead conversion

  • Negotiation of margin and pricing 

 

Required Skills

  • Experience establishing and nurturing business relationships

  • Structure and documentation are at the base of your work

  • You think outside the box

  • Experience with the fashion and apparel industry is a plus

  • Experience with sales will be preferred but is not required
