Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our open-banking client. In this role, you will play a key part in acquiring new customers and driving business growth in the DACH region.

Our mission is to transform financial services by enabling the full potential of Open Finance through cutting-edge infrastructure. We are passionate about reshaping how individuals and businesses interact with financial services globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach to generate, educate, and nurture leads, converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Act as the first point of contact in the buyer journey, ensuring a positive and professional introduction to the sales process.
  • Build strong relationships through email, social media, telephone, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to grow the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and other teams to represent the company externally effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple mediums.
  • A proactive personality with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and a diligent work ethic.
  • A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
