Country Manager
For our client, a rapidly growing fintech unicorn, we are looking for a Country Manager. Acting globally in e.g. the US, Hong Kong, the UK and Luxembourg, this fintech company provides payment and e-wallet services to global import & export companies. Furthermore, the client offers the possibility to develop your career in Luxembourg and the UK.
The Job
As Country Manager, you will be responsible for the recruitment, training and retention of highly qualified talent within the sales team. Furthermore, you will closely collaborate with the HQ to further define success and repeatable sales and partnership strategy.
Day-to-Day

Manage the end-to-end relationship with partners

Maintain senior executive-level contacts with the goal to drive qualified business

Establish and manage sales forecasting, reporting, and planning in line with the global framework

Support the revenue growth

Collaborate with other departments to drive extraordinary customer programs
Required Skills

5+ years of experience managing a high-performing sales team within the payment and/or eCommerce industry

Ability to work in an fast-paced international team, but also individually with a high workload
