CRM & Data Analyst
For our client, a Dutch based athleisure and sportswear reseller that recently grew to one of the biggest eCommerce companies in its category, we are looking for a CRM & Data Analyst.
The Job
As CRM & Data Analyst, you will thoroughly analyze, map and condense data to enable the business to improve its performance towards its customers. Furthermore, through your analysis, you will be supporting the Marketing & Merchandising team with the positioning of the business, improving the customer journey and the overall improvement of statistical matters.
Day-to-Day

Analyze, monitor and synthesize data

Increase the growth and performance of our customer database

Collaborate with the other departments and act an the link between data and strategy

Create (from scratch) and manage the customer loyalty program
Required Skills
-
5+ years of experience in CRM marketing and/or paid search

University degree in a related field

Experience working in an eCommerce environment

Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP)

You are a quick learner with an data-driven mindset

Fluency in Dutch as well as English

Experience working in an scale-up environment is a plus
