CRO Analyst & Researcher


Our client is a leading global fashion design company and retailer which has maintained a famous brand image for over thirty years. Central to this success is understanding data, and the role of CRO Analyst & Researcher is to carry out deep-dives into behaviour patterns that produce data-driven answers. These tests, led by UX experts and data analysts, are needed to produce answers which optimise how our client does its business. This plays a vital role in the longevity of the company’s success; a suitable candidate in this role will use creativity and data analysis to answer key business questions for a major fashion retailer. 


The Job

The CRO Analyst & Researcher will analyse A/B tests and personalisation experiences. The aim of this is to determine the winning variants and their business impacts. A hunger to understand data, curiosity and advanced attention to details are definite requirements, coupled with experience in the field. After finding results, you will present your findings to the CRO team lead and to relevant stakeholders and see the impact of your work within a team and a company that has a global landscape. 


  • Conduct alignment UX research, behavioural research, web analytics research and struggle analysis.

  • Analyse A/B tests and create reports.

  • Perform a ‘deep-dive’ into defined problem and opportunity areas.

  • Use data and your own insights to identify and recognise opportunities for improvement.

  • Report clear hypotheses and optimisations, and be responsible for the quality and input of ideas.

Required Skills

  • Analytical mindset, results-driven, attention to detail.

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • 2-3 years of e-Commerce experience.

  • 2+ years of experience with A/B tests and corresponding reports.

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in a technical, social science or business economics discipline.

  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics 360, Qubit, ContentSquare etc.

  • A team player who can also work independently at an international company.
