Customer Success Manager (SaaS)- Ireland
Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. This person will be the point of contact for their customers ensuring overall successful use of the product. This position will be based in Dublin
Role: Customer Success Manager
- Work closely with customers to ensure an exception experience
- Communicate effectively with other departments to identify ways to improve the customer experience
- Build and Retain customers and identify ways to improve current experience
- Onboard and train new customers to ensure smooth transition
- 3+ years’ customer facing experience with a technology or SaaS company, preferably in a Customer Success role.
- A self-starter with a track record of managing a portfolio of customers.
- Excellent communication skills, including customer facing verbal, written, and presentation ability
- Strong time management skills, with the demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients, projects and priorities simultaneously
