The role:
You will be at the forefront of customer interaction, leading projects from inception to implementation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of our Solutions with our clients' systems, enhancing their operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated by customer interaction, is tech-savvy and will lead customers through a picture-perfect implementation, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.Â

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after the contract is signed, overseeing the end-to-end implementation process from pre go-live to post go-live monitoring.

Continuously refine and optimize internal and external processes, establishing best practices for efficient project execution.

Navigate technical challenges associated with API integrations and software implementation, providing insights to stakeholders on decision-making and impact assessment.

Collaborate with product teams to incorporate user feedback and drive continuous improvement of our solutions.

Demonstrate proficiency in understanding backend systems and infrastructure to effectively support core business activities.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of demonstrated experience in Delivery or Implementation Management, preferably in the technology consulting or regulated financial environment.

Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to articulate principles related to APIs, integration, information security, SaaS, and cloud-native architecture.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Atlassian suite (e.g., Jira & Confluence) preferred.
