Your Responsibilities
- Close cooperation with CEO and CSO as well as the Sales Operations team to evaluate and develop new markets as well as develop sales measures to acquire new key accounts in the DACH and Benelux market.
- Acquisition of strategic new customers (generation of leads, lead management etc.)
- Definition and implementation of the sales strategy with focus on top tier clients
- Continuous evaluation and if necessary adjustment of the sales strategy including Unique Value & Selling Proposition
- Independent negotiation and contract conclusion with key accounts from different industries
- Identification of market trends and new business potentials and the related cooperation in the expansion and further development of our technology and services
- Increasing awareness and successful positioning of the product/service in the market and among competitors, e.g. through press releases, participation in and presentations at conferences, trade fairs, webinars, etc.
Ideally You Bring
- Many years of relevant experience with proven success in a leading sales function in B2B (managed) service or software sales with a convincing closing rate in an international environment.
- Versatile and commercially resilient network to the decision-making level in top companies in our key industries e-commerce, digital goods, media & entertainment, banking & insurance, mobility and utilities with, especially in the DACH and Benelux markets
- Situationally adapted, precise communication and presentation as well as moderation skills
- Very good negotiation skills and proven success in concluding contracts as well as in establishing and expanding trusting, sustainable customer relationships
- High level of expertise in the development and management of effective sales concepts, sales organizations and sales processes
- Experience as a motivating and inspiring leader for sales teams
- High tech affinity as well as business fluent in English, German is preferred other languages are a plus
