The Role
As the Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for designing and executing the sales and partnerships strategy and targeting banks, financial instutions, PSPs and neo-banks. You will focus on tech companies, from startups to scaleups, that are disrupting industries across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Market Ownership: Lead commercial development within your assigned territory.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Map markets, identify high-potential segments, and develop strategies to grow the company.
- Sales Preparation: Develop sales strategies for each opportunity, including use cases, value propositions, and messaging.
- Account Nurturing: Build relationships with target accounts through active engagement in the European fintech ecosystem.
- Deal Management: Manage the sales process using established methodologies, create compelling business cases, and prepare proposals.
- CRM & Reporting: Ensure CRM accuracy, define key metrics, and create reports to improve the sales cycle.
Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in complex sales, ideally in payments or financial software.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to break down a market into segments and analyze the value chain of a business.
- Curiosity and Fast Learning: Quickly grasp new concepts and understand products in depth.
- Resourcefulness: Ability to start projects independently without detailed guidelines.
- Persistence: Strong determination to overcome objections and navigate barriers.Influence and Persuasion: Skilled in navigating organizations to influence purchasing decisions.
