For a growing European E-Commerce Fintech, we are looking for a Field Marketing Manager.
As the Field Marketing Manager you will co-create a strategy that involves the setting up and execution of our marketing and communication in France. Along with the support from the other teams, you can customize and implement campaigns/ roadmaps to both meet and improve our KPIs. You will have the opportunity to build the brand further.
Responsibilities:

Campaigns: Develop local campaign ideas to meet the growth plan and eventually keep improving them into better-qualified leads

Lead Nurturing: Establish and refine email automation to convey our prospects into customers

Events: Organise, support and attend local events, occasionally work alongside in-house Event Manager on big event projects to generate more customers via partners

Public Relations: Collaborate with our PR agency grow our name in the market

Content Creation & SEO: Work together with the SEO specialist in finding topics for content creation and search for channels for promotion

Revenue driven: Keep a track of channels and analyse the numbers to evaluate their efficiencies (knowledge of Pipedrive and Google Analytics is a plus)
Requirements:

4-5 years prior experience in a relevant or similar role

Proficient in English and native in French

Prior experience in managing local marketing agencies and proficient in demand generation

Ability to think out of the box and strong attention to detail

Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously and also operating independently

Travel required for events as needed
