Within this framework, the Customer Relationship domain is crucial in elevating customer experiences and increasing lifetime value. A key initiative in this area is the development of a membership and rewards program, designed to deepen customer interactions through personalized offers, rewards, and unique benefits that differentiate us from other brands.
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with a passion for service design and customer experience to evaluate and enhance current customer journeys. This role will involve mapping membership journeys, identifying gaps, and co-creating an improved end-to-end omnichannel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess current customer journeys and identify areas for improvement.
- Co-create a future-state membership experience, focusing on key levers like stakeholders, processes, capabilities, and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service design solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in service design, system thinking, and end-to-end journey management.
- Expertise in service architecture, stakeholder management, and facilitation.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver impactful results.
