Global Head of Platform Partnership
For one of the best payment processors in Europe, we are looking for a Global Head of Platform Partnership. Our client specializes in the creation of intuitive and easy processes regarding digital payments and related services and considers for example 260,000 enterprises and 250 banks to its trusted customers.
The Job
As Global Head of Partnerships you will be part of the fastest growing eCommerce payments companies in Europe. As our client is rapidly growing you will, as part of the Commercial Excellence team, create skills to accelerate the growth and performance of the client’s 5 core businesses.
Day-to-Day

Build and implement relationships and commercial agreements with eCommerce focused partner organizations throughout Europe – Including: Shop platforms, software solutions and developer agencies

Support the development of technical relationships with European payment partners and Merchants that are looking to develop new eCommerce solutions for their customers

Work with local partner teams and central management teams to develop a compelling Europe wide proposition to secure partnerships

Develop and drive commercial relationships with European as well as non-European based buy-now-pay-later organizations

Support the evolution of our local buy-now-pay-later relationships with each product and business area

Work with the product organization and directly with partners to help design the technical set up for all relationships and follow through to ensure smooth delivery for all designed solutions

Work with product delivery teams to make sure financial commitments are met

Communicate partner requirements to the product organization to further evolve our Europe wide partner offering
Required Skills
-
At least 5-7 years working in eCommerce, software or Payments focused roles

Experience in partnership development, management or corporate sales roles

Familiarity with major European eCommerce partners

Strong technical knowledge of software and eCommerce products

Key skills in contract negotiation and contract management

Strong relationship building skills and ability to coordinate operations within a complex business

Great personal skills and the ambition to grow personally and the company
