1) About the Company:

2) What You'll Do:
– Scope of Role: As the Global Head of Risk, your responsibilities span financial risk, enterprise risk, credit risk, merchant risk, IT risk, governance, internal control, and audit management for the EMEA and LATAM regions. You will :

  • Create the Risk Appetite: Develop and manage the organization's risk appetite in collaboration with leadership.
  • Have Team Oversight: Lead, manage, and supervise a team of risk managers and professionals.
  • Create the Control Framework: Enhance the enterprise-wide SOX control risk management framework.
  • Report to relevant stakeholders: Provide regular and ad-hoc risk management updates to senior leadership and regulators.
  • Business Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with business units

3) Who You Are:

  • Expertise: Deep understanding and extensive knowledge of financial risk, enterprise risk, credit risk, merchant risk, IT risk, governance, internal control, and audit management.
  • Leadership skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, auditing, risk, or a related field. Additional certifications (MBA, etc.) are advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in corporate risk roles, preferably within international FinTech or similar industries.
