Position: Group Product Manager – Checkout Domain

Our client is seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to lead their Checkout domain within their flagship digital payments platform. This role will oversee the evolution of their checkout experience across three primary areas: Payment Processing, Plugin Integrations, and the Overall Checkout Journey.


What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and align a high-level roadmap for the Checkout domain, ensuring consistency across all product areas.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Guide a team of product managers and specialists by setting clear strategic priorities, mentoring diverse experience levels, and fostering a collaborative, empowered culture.
  • Market & Customer Insight: Stay abreast of market trends and competitive dynamics while engaging directly with customers to ensure a user-centric approach.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with design, engineering, sales, customer service, and marketing teams to translate the product vision into effective, measurable outcomes.
  • Performance Management: Define and track key performance indicators (OKRs, KPIs) for your domain, ensuring solutions are delivered cohesively and support broader organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Lead regular product reviews and strategic discussions with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to maintain alignment and drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Product Leader: You have a solid background in product management with a deep understanding of modern product development practices.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience in digital payments or related customer-facing payment solutions is highly desirable.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Proficient in methodologies such as continuous discovery, design thinking, prototyping, A/B testing, and user research.
  • Data-Driven: Skilled in driving objectives with a focus on data-backed development, including setting OKRs, leveraging key metrics, and applying hypothesis testing.
  • Proven Innovator: A track record of delivering innovative product solutions in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent Communicator: Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • B2B Insight: Experience with B2B products, especially those catering to small and medium-sized enterprises, is an advantage.
