Due to their rapid international growth, they are looking for a Head of HR who can help them grow and retain employees, as well as set up the HR department. You will provide and manage all HR solutions and processes to ensure the right solutions that match their people, culture and business challenges.
Job Description

Be responsible for the recruitment of new employees;

Onboard new employees, ensure that they have all equipment and be the first point of contact;

Coach and guide employees on topics such as absence, growth opportunities, own your career and performance management;

Develop, implement and communicate reward programs, policies and processes and manage our payroll together with an external payroll provider.

Organise internal company events and activities;
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an in-house recruiter or HR Manager, preferably within a fast-growth tech company;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Behavioral Sciences or a related field;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability;
- Excellent organisational skills;
