The Role
As the Head of Partnerships, you will lead partnership efforts across the European fintech ecosystem. You will develop strategies and relationships for referral and reseller partnerships to increase revenue and market presence across Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ecosystem Mapping: Develop a structured view of the company’s ecosystem, including Core Banking Providers, Consultants, and Experts.
- Go-to-Market Prioritization: Identify product, marketing, and commercial partnership opportunities for the next 6/12/18 months.
- Awareness: Collaborate with the marketing team to create awareness of the company’s services.
- Partner Education: Support training and enablement for partners with structured engagement plans.
- Co-Sales Programs: Lead and manage co-sales programs that benefit the company, its partners, and their customers.
- Referral to Sales: Work closely with the sales team to turn partner referrals into successful deals.
- Co-Marketing Programs: Create joint awareness and marketing campaigns with partners.
Profile & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in partnerships (preferably in fintech or consulting).
- Curiosity and interest in the payments space.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Experience with go-to-market strategies in B2B software is a plus.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with an ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
