Head of Sales – FinTech
Our client is offering an innovative solution to manage the pay outs for online marketplaces and platforms whilst being able to integrate with any PSP.
Backed and advised by founding members of Unicorns like Mollie and Adyen they have the basics in place to be successful. They've recently landed additional investment to fuel their ambitious growth plans and to spearhead their operation in Germany, they are looking for an experienced Head of Sales.
This person can be based in Amsterdam to move to Berlin after 6 months or be based in Berlin with regular travel to Amsterdam.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Position our client as the preferred payment solution for Germany’s marketplaces and platforms
- Build and execute the Germany sales strategy and grow a team from scratch
- Lead generation – Interact with leading platforms in Germany and add them to the growing portfolio
- Maximize the awareness of our client across Germany by working with PR agencies
- Organise thought leadership events
- 4-5 years of experience as a sales manager of which at least 2 years in the payments or FinTech space.
- Have a growth-mindset and a can-do mentality
- A proven track record in generating new business pipeline
- Direct experience in a B2B sales environment
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
