This role will provide visa sponsorship to the Netherlands for the initial training (if not already located in the Netherlands) and will require a relocation to the United States. We will also provide visa sponsorship for the US. 

About the role:

As a Head of USA, you will be key in relaunching our operations in the US market in the Recruitment space within the Fintech industry. You will be solely responsible for being on the ground in the US and setting up our business and operations there. You will first work from our Amsterdam HQ to learn our expertise and bring that knowledge over to our future US location to expand and grow our business and client base.

Your Responsibilities:

Developing and nurturing key accounts and negotiating the terms of business across the Fintech and Payments space in the US market

You are ready to take charge by building a team and being the sole pioneer of our US based operations, this is quite a task so we want you to be as ambitious as we are!

Manage the end-to-end Recruitment cycle by building and approaching high-quality candidate pools and acting as a specialist consultant to both your candidate and client

Implementing sourcing, executive search and headhunting strategies while building PCN USA 

You are looking for the next step in your career where you can lead a team and give back your knowledge and expertise and expand into new markets

You have a natural interest in developing market maps and planning out the scope of the business
