Inside Sales Executive 

 

For our client, a provider of financial services supporting small to medium businesses in mitigating the pitfalls and challenges associated with cross-border foreign exchange transfers and international payments, we are looking for an Inside Sales Executive.

 

The Job 

 

As Inside Sales Executive you will be tasked to target European companies and eCommerce merchants that trade internationally to promote benefits our client can offer. You will be growing the European client base by conducting inbound and outbound sales activities. You will be part of a sales team that strives to be high-performing with high potential. 

Day-to-Day

  • Achieving commercial targets by converting inbound leads and outbound leads into new customers

  • Own the end-to-end sales process

  • Hold meetings, and liaise with prospective clients to collect and complete necessary documentation and information required to open accounts (KYC)

  • Target the ideal audience and understand client’s business objectives and key buying criteria

  • Engage in marketing operations and campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams to support business development

  • Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of FX products and solutions to match the business environment and needs of potential customers

  • Establish yourself as the thought-leader at events, online and to our prospective clients by sharing industry trends and in-depth knowledge of our products and solutions 

  • Utilize CRM tools (SFDC) to store customer data and log activities

 

Required Skills

  • Proven track record of meeting commercial targets in B2B market

  • Experience in financial services, e-commerce or international trade is a plus

  • Ability and willingness to step up and own projects

  • You are focused, pro-active, engaged, disciplined, responsible and street smart in your sales role

  • Execute daily sales activities, building a healthy pipeline and achieving sales targets

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to connect, win commitment and buy-in

  • Eye for detail and with a clear understanding of stakeholder interests, putting the customer first

  • Fluency in English, with a second additional language (German, Italian, Polish, Dutch)
