The Job
As Junior Payments Specialist, you will be trained to handle tickets from clients / in-house monitoring and will learn everything about SEPA. Furthermore, you will be developed to handle incidents, follow up on root causes, improve processes, write reports for clients and prepare for changes.
Day-to-Day

Developing growing knowledge on the SEPA processing chain

Gaining the ability to determine the impact in case of incidents

(Re-)thinking and establishing countermeasures in cases of incidents

Managing incidents, problems and changes

Required Skills

University degree, ideally in an IT-related field

Fully proficient in English and Dutch language
