Account Manager
For our client, one of Europe’s leading companies in the payments and transactional services industry, we are looking for an Account Manager. Our client’s global scope and commitment to innovation enable them to solve technological challenges for industrial companies, banks, merchants and government agencies in all sectors.
The Job
As an Account Manager, you will aim to achieve growth and meet sales targets in a consistent and budget/target-oriented manner. Furthermore, you will develop sales plans considering analytics, strategy and solutions along the way.
Day-to-Day

Create and execute sales strategy

Develop and spearhead collaborative go-to-market initiatives with key stakeholders

Drive demand creation initiatives, maintain client relationship

Develop market expertise and become the go-to-person to succeed

Manage complex client situations

Motivated to achieve success and foster a high-performance culture

Contribute to Account Planning, Customer Satisfaction Process, Win Workshops, Win Loss review
Required Skills

Proven experience in sales

Experience preferably with cards / payments background or IT vendor

Trilingual EN/FR/NL

International background and prior experience with matrix organisation

Certain degree of Banking industry expertise (business model knowledge)

Ability to create and manage relationships at CxO level

Having a Banking related network in Belgium is a plus
