We are a German bank founded in 1995 in Hamburg. In addition to its headquarters in Hamburg, we have a location in Sofia. Our core businesses are Marketplace Banking, Commercial Banking, and Transactional Banking. Especially in Marketplace Banking, we see tremendous growth potential.

Your Responsibilities
- Independent acquisition and evaluation of new lending opportunities in the European fintech and startup scene
- Establishing new business relationships as well as long-term partnerships with our clients (regardless of their growth stage – from early stage to unicorn status)
- Structuring, negotiating and managing lending transactions (asset-backed lending and structured finance)
- Analyze and evaluate transaction/business structures that meet the needs of our clients
- Preparation of decision documents, such as onepagers, LOIs, transaction descriptions, term sheets, loan applications, etc., and holistic support of the approval process
Ideally you bring
- Successfully completed degree in finance or economics
- Several years of experience in corporate client services or structuring departments in banks or law firms
- Strong interest in start-ups and the European FinTech landscape
- Analytical thinking skills and fundamental knowledge of credit products and/or structured credit products (securitizations)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Ambitious dealmaker with a self-directed work style and a high degree of self-drive
- Passionate networker and highly motivated in building long-term client relationships
