Manager

They provide a wide range of services, including strategic planning, product development, operational management, and regulatory compliance, catering to local and international requirements.
The Job
As a Manager, you provide strategic guidance to clients, assisting them with their digital strategy and transformation initiatives. In an environment characterised by dynamism and openness, trust is paramount. Acting as a trusted advisor, you and your team of 2-5 consultants with diverse backgrounds offer sector-specific expertise and strategic advice to (international) clients. Together, you collaborate to co-create innovative strategies, services, and products. Your role involves translating complex information into actionable advice, roadmaps, and specifications. In addition to your project responsibilities, you contribute to proposal writing, develop new propositions, and mentor junior colleagues to support their professional growth.
Day-to-Day

Leading a team of 2-5 consultants with diverse professional backgrounds

Offering sector-specific knowledge and strategic advice to (international) clients

Collaborating with clients to co-create innovative strategies, services, and products

Proficient in simplifying complex commercial, operational, and technical information into actionable advice, roadmaps, and specifications

Writing proposals, developing new propositions, and mentoring junior colleagues as additional responsibilities

Prioritising the personal and professional growth of junior colleagues.
Required SkillsÂ

Academic master's degree with a second degree is considered advantageous

5 to 8 years of experience in digital strategy development and/or execution in a consultancy or advisory role

Strong interest and knowledge in digital innovation, digital transformation, payments, digital identity, open banking, blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc.

Extensive expertise and deep understanding of the intersection between business, technology, and regulations in digital strategy development

Proven project management experience in digital transformation, strategy execution, and leading innovation projects

Excellent grasp of how technology is reshaping industries and companies

Ability to blend strategic and analytical insights with a demonstrated passion for leading innovative projects and diverse teams

Collaborative team player with strong analytical skills and leadership qualities

Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential
