Marketing Manager France

Our client, a leading provider of electronic payment technologies, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in France. Our client is known as a global leader in the electronic payment solutions industry and is one of the world's largest providers of electronic payment systems.

The Job

As a Marketing Manager, you’ll take charge of and implement our clients' marketing strategy within France. Further, you’ll serve as an essential asset, orchestrating their marketing endeavours across the country.

The Marketing Manager's key responsibilities will encompass the coordination and execution of all day-to-day and long-term marketing strategies. This will be achieved by effectively utilising and creating marketing systems, dashboards, and tools. In addition, the role entails a dual focus on customer acquisition and awareness generation, as well as the retention and expansion of the existing client base.

Moreover, this role will concentrate on data enrichment, marketing process automation, tool utilisation, and program and channel performance reporting. The ultimate goal is to optimise marketing performance and maximise the return on investment (ROI).

Day-to-Day

  • Develop, oversee and implement marketing initiatives and strategies for France.

  • Be responsible for maintaining and updating regional websites by overseeing the creation and development of websites.

  • Manage advertising campaigns, including creating keyword lists, creating and testing specific ads and banners for target markets, and setting up and monitoring comprehensive lead tracking from start to finish.

  • You place a strong emphasis on achieving results. This includes analysing website traffic, monitoring website workflows, optimising conversion rates for campaigns, and evaluating and reporting on programme performance. 

  • You will propose and implement new marketing strategies and ideas to improve the overall performance of the sales funnel, from building brand awareness to customer retention.

  • Develop and manage email nurture flows and drip programmes for prospects and existing customers, helping to increase sales and customer retention.

  • You will work closely with multiple teams to develop effective strategies and new programmes.

Required Skills 

  • Native French and advanced knowledge of English.

  • University degree in marketing, business or a related field.

  • +5 years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and working with multiple marketing channels.

  • Advanced knowledge of key platforms such as Pardot, Marketo or other marketing automation tools, as well as CRMs such as Salesforce, Pipedrive and others. Knowledge of using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram and email marketing tools.

  • Strong analytical skills to handle the advanced lead lifecycle and effectively track the entire lead funnel.

  • Project management skills to successfully manage and coordinate projects across multiple departments.

  • Specific knowledge in writing copy for search engine marketing (SEM).
