Our client delivers market infrastructure solutions for European Payments Industry.

She has three main offices in Europe, Paris, Brussels & Frankfurt. It's a multicultural company where English is the official language and more than 34 nationalities are represented. 

The Operation Unit is looking for an Operations and IT Coordinator to provide operation and business administration of all the company payment services. 

Your main responsibilities as Operations and IT Coordinator will be : 

• manage and monitor Operations IT infrastructure from technical and security

  perspective;

• ensure safety and security of the IT environment, build and enhance cyber

  resiliency;

• ensure availability and smooth operation of the IT environment;

• contribute to digital transformation of Operations IT infrastructure;

• initiate and manage IT projects in the spirit of continuous improvement;

• oversee daily processing and settlement;

• support testing activities of new payment services;

• coordinate technical and functional releases;

• manage resilience testing activities;

• represent the team in transversal projects;

Candidate Profile : 

• Masters in IT-related field (or finance, business administration, operations management) and/or IT experience;

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in financial services, ideally with payments infrastructures or in transaction banking environments;

• Experience managing physical and virtual IT infrastructure (MS Windows, MS Azure, VPN, firewalls).

• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (PowerShell, Python, Visual Basic);

• Experience of work in the domain of operations

• Experience managing IT projects;

• Experience managing relationships with technical providers;

• Experience implementing security controls for IT systems and their monitoring.

• Cyber security knowledge/experience, including management of cyber security threats and incidents as well as audits and pentests;

• Certifications in IT security would be a plus (CISSP, ITIL, ISO 27001,…);

• Knowledge of financial messaging protocols and related infrastructures (e.g. ISO

  20022, SWIFT).

• Proficiency in English. Any additional European language would be a real plus.

• Ability to work in shifts (7am-3pm / 12pm-8pm / 9am-6pm).
