The Job
As Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Infrastructure & Development team. Your main responsibilities will be operation and business administration tasks of all payment services.
Day-to-Day

Monitor daily processing and settlement

Support testing activities of new payment services

Coordinate technical and functional releases
-
Manage CRM, customer portal, and resilience testing

Oversee infrastructure and security
-
Represent the team in projects

Assess risk and security levels
Required Skills

University degree in finance, business administration, operations management, or similar

2+ years of experience working in financial services

Prefered experience in payment infrastructure or transaction banking environment

Fluency in English

Intercultural communication skills
