Partnership Manager EEA 


For our client, a provider of financial services supporting small to medium businesses in mitigating the pitfalls and challenges associated with cross-border foreign exchange transfers and international payments, we are looking for a Partnership Manager EEA.


The Job 

As Partnership Manager EEA you will be part of the commercial team and directly report to the Head of Sales EEA. You will be tasked with growing and acquiring new partnerships as well as nurturing the cohort of existing partnerships in the EEA region. Your main target groups will be referral partners, outsourced lead generation agencies and event partners with whom you will attempt to build strong and long-lasting relationships. 



  • Acquiring, growing and managing key relationships

  • Close collaboration with partners to drive new leads (SQLs) into a key KPI-focused business

  • Stay up-to-date on latest products and services to proficiently promote these to partners and their clients, representing with the utmost integrity

  • Maintaining regular contact with our partner network, providing feedback on any issues they face and delivering solutions

  • Representing your company in a wide variety of scenarios and locations

  • Problem-solving, execution of tasks and driving clear and concise strategies to deliver value

  • Working closely with the various stakeholders to ensure the smooth and successful onboarding of new partners including KYC checks, training and connecting all stakeholders

  • Working in collaboration with our partners and internal teams to produce relevant marketing material, assess IT/web product solution requirements and on-site and remote partner training requirements

  • Organize sales-meets-sales sessions ensuring the utilization of partnerships



Required Skills


  • Proven track record of building partnerships in the financial industry and a strong network of relevant business partners (e.g. accountants, consultants and lawyers)

  • Strong customer knowledge (SME companies trading internationally), and the ability  to identify appropriate platforms and establish new partnerships

  • Experienced with developing and executing strategies to drive engagement and client referrals with a clear understanding of requirements and techniques 

  • Strong communication skills with partners at different levels of seniority, understanding the roles and priorities of different stakeholders across client portfolios

  • Strive for success 

  • Keen to work in a small but dynamic team within one 

  • A can-do mentality

  • Proven track record of success, delivering on and exceeding demanding targets
