Performance Marketing Specialist
For our client, a Dutch based athleisure and sportswear reseller that recently grew to one of the biggest eCommerce companies in it’s category, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist.
The Job
As Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all lower funnel paid campaigns and contribute as a member of the Performance team. Furthermore, you will be translating investments in paid marketing into the highest possible ROI. Considering the ROI and your performance, the marketing budget might be increased in the future.
Day-to-Day

Main focus on Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and smart shopping

Utilize data to create and manage the Marketing strategy

Keep track of indicators such as Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)

Use various tools to optimize Google rankings

Collaborate with the IT development team to excel
Required Skills

3+ years of experience in Paid-Search

Proven track record of improving ROI
-
Proactive, data-driven & communicative mentality
-
Experience working in a scale up environment is a plus
