Regional Sales Manager (German speaking)
For our client, a provider of financial services supporting small to medium businesses in mitigating the pitfalls and challenges associated with cross-border foreign exchange transfers and international payments, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager.
The Job
As Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for expending the client base by targeting mid-sized companies and e-commerce merchants. You will be part of an high-performing and high-potential sales team that strives to attract, win and onboard new customers, while exceeding sales targets.
Day-to-Day

Establishing new business and achieving commercial targets

Managing various inbound & outbound lead channels

Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to customer onboarding

Managing a healthy sales pipeline

Developing an dynamic sales plan and establish campaigns

Reporting on activities via CRM tools

Building your personal brand at events, online, and prospective clients
Required Skills

Fluency in German & English with an additional European language as a plus

Experience with sales & (FX) payments

Track record of exceeding sales targets

5+ years of payment experience within e-commerce and/or international trade

Proactive, focused and disciplined approach to responsibilities
