Our client is a leader in cross-border FX transactions in Europe and the rest of the world. 

To strengthen its teams we are looking for a FX Sales Account Manager with bilingual skills in Dutch and English. 

As a member of the Sales team, an FX Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing the sales relationships with existing client accounts and prospecting new clients and accounts.

Main responsibilities :

– Actively participate in all aspects of the 360 sales cycle:

  – Prospecting and lead generation (sourcing and pitching)

  – Planning sales calls, meetings, post-call follow-ups

  – Implementing sales strategies

  – Post-sales follow-up, repeat sales, and upselling

  – Develop and maintain strong client relationships

  – Meet set sales targets/KPIs regularly

– Work collaboratively with relevant teams to complete the client onboarding process

– Ensure adequate knowledge of clients (KYC) to deliver suitable products and services

– Liaise with Risk and Dealing regarding credit facilities

– Engage with clients with integrity, ensuring high service standards and compliance with company policies


Experiences and Requirements :

– Previous sales experience in a Business to Business (B2B) role and cold-calling experience

– Experience working in a regulated financial services firm is highly desirable

– Fluent in French and in Dutch

– Ability to clearly articulate an understanding of end-to-end sales processes

– Demonstrate strong sales techniques (persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills)

– Good knowledge of FX products

– Excellent all-round communication skills
