As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts.

About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and closing deals. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to prospects through cold-calling, showcase the benefits of our sustainable payment solutions, and guide them through the sales process. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the co-founders and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Your daily tasksÂ
- Conduct cold-calling activities to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our sustainable payment offerings
- Nurture and maintain relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales cycle
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and represent the company
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company
Good to have
- 2-4 years experience in high-risk/open banking payment OR previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Either sales at a service provider (BDR or full cycle) or in a payments team of a high risk merchant
- Strong cold-calling skills and a proven track record of closing deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Interest in sustainable payments and passion for making a positive impact
- Ability to work independently and remotely, or willing to relocate to Munich
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
