Senior Account Manager
Our Dutch payments client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their Amsterdam team. This role will be responsible for client retention, account expansion and nurturing business relationships.
About the role:
Joining a team of 4, you will work alongside Partnerships, Business Development and other Account Managers to drive growth and success of the business. This robust sales team work effectively and efficiently; you will be central to this process. The following responsibilities are required in this role.

Manage, grow, and retain relationships with key customers.

Be a mentor to more junior Account Managers on the team while also hitting your individual targets.

Develop and execute strategic account plans for each account.

Work closely with payments data to identify revenue enhancement, cost savings, and other optimization opportunities.

Lead account reviews and growth plans.

Maintain product knowledge, new trends in the market, and remain up to date with evolving payment technology – both internally and within the market.
Required Experience:

5+ years of payments experience in consultative selling to large accounts.

Ability to make data-based decisions that will impact sales performance.

Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills through to C-level.

Willingness to travel to the client’s location (Europe).

Fluency in both Dutch and English.
