About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager at one of our locations in Cologne, Munich, Linden (near Gießen), or remotely, you are responsible for our existing customers.
Strong customer relationships and solution-oriented action are your top priorities.

Daily Tasks

  • Your core task is the expansion of sales with existing customers
  • You are the first point of contact for your customer portfolio from the banking and finance sector in DACH
  • You build strong relationships with clients, maintain them in detail and identify opportunities to intensify the cooperation
  • You analyze your clients, identify their pain points and offer them solutions
  • You monitor the market and competition and identify new sales opportunities

What We Look For

  • You are an account management professional in the fintech sector and have a proven track record in B2B sales
  • You are empathetic, communicative, and convincing with your professional appearance up to C-level
  • You act as a role model and support your colleagues in their development
  • You understand technical issues quickly and can explain them in a way that everyone can understand
  • Your approach is analytical and structured
  • In addition to your hands-on mentality and your partnership-oriented assertiveness, you have negotiation and communication skills
  • You have excellent presentation skills in German and English
