Senior Contracts Recruiter
PCN Projects is the new wing of contracts recruitment within our well established agency and we are looking for a Senior Contracts Recruiter to help us build the business from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is motivated to get their hands dirty in the development of our start-up and implementation of how we want to work within the Dutch market. Contracts Recruiting is a dynamic industry, therefore we are offering a lot of flexibility and freedom to approach the job how you want, there is a real name to be made!
What you'll do as a Senior Contracts Recruiter:

Freedom to start a new business from the ground up and grow the business in the style you want

Flexibility to implement various strategies from sourcing active and passive candidates to client development within the market

Actively engage in the Business Development within the Dutch IT market

Headhunt the best talent and actively source future talent

Manage end-to-end recruitment process and exercising your negotiation and communication skills along the way

Expand your own skills and knowledge with provided dedicated coaching, helping you achieve where you want to go in your career, whether that is management or principal
What you'll need to have as a Senior Contracts Recruiter:

To be a native Dutch speaker

A proven track record of solid Business Development experience

At least 1-2 years of experience in Contracts Recruiting

An entrepreneurial mindset

Knowledge of the Dutch market or another International Market

Preferable experience in IT recruitment (Dev, Scrum, Product Management, Digital Marketing, Cyber Security) however experience in other industries is also highly encouraged

A highly motivated top biller, or motivation to be a top biller

Currently have an extensive network of current or prospective talent
