Senior CRM Marketing Specialist

For a fast-growing crypto company based in The Netherlands, we are looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Specialist. 


The Job


In order to further accelerate its growth, our client is looking for a versatile and ambitious CRM Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end CRM and CRO strategies of the clients’ multi-channel communications landscape to strengthen brand loyalty, increase customer engagement, retention, revenue, and LTV.

As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you’ll be key to accelerating the expansion of our lifecycle and CRM plans across the EMEA region. Reporting into the Performance Marketing team, you’ll shape the strategic planning and execution of our clients’ CRM strategy, taking it to the next level.

You will own the process for testing website/app design and messaging, maintain a full testing pipeline, prioritize tests, and balance test risk with potential impact. You’ll be working with Braze, where you’ll implement and report on all the CRM comms and promotional programs.


Long Term Objectives

  • Build implement and manage the overall CRM roadmap (Braze)

  • Develop and execute plans for our clients’ loyalty/MGM programme to increase consumer engagement, loyalty and direct revenue.

  • Design, execute, and evaluate existing and new campaigns, promos, constantly measure campaign performance, rigorously A/B test, and optimize our communications across channels

  • Use data and insights to refine email journeys and improve overall Customer Lifetime Value. 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on campaigns, products, program mechanics and implementation.

  • Define commercial opportunities based on past performance, trends and competitive analysis

  • Report on key metrics, including revenue-generation, campaign performance, CLV, and database growth and engagement.


Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of (B2C) experience in CRM and conversion optimization

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance meticulous attention to details with swift execution

  • Hands-on mentality, with a flexible approach.

  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities

  • Deep experience with A/B testing, campaign messaging, and post-campaign analysis

  • Deep expertise in email, push, and in-app marketing concepts and best practices and metrics

  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to effectively work cross-functionally with strong verbal and written communication skills; results-driven and fact-based communication style

  • Some non-specialist knowledge of HTML preferred

  • Fluent in English is mandatory
