Our client is pioneering the use of payment card data and turned it into powerful customer knowledge & business insights for merchants, allowing them to run their own loyalty programs and digital marketing campaigns. These marketing services quickly restore growth to merchant businesses by building their customers (the card-holders) spending and stickiness. After having solidly established itself in France thanks to partnerships with different large banking groups, our client is now expanding itself internationally. 

As a Product Manager, you will guide the leadership team, define the roadmap and lead the engineering and design teams to deliver global and mobile customer experiences by driving innovation through data analysis and qualitative feedback client. As a key member and driver of the digital marketing vertical, you will be responsible for making data driven decisions that will drive impact. 

Your missions:

  • Set the vision and strategy for the digital marketing tools, identify strategic solutions, and influence roadmap
  • Recognizes, understands, and documents market needs, and working with teams to translate those needs into features and functionality.
  • Assesses product market data by interacting with sales, customer success, and customers.
  • Collaborates with marketing and business leaders to increase free trial effectiveness and premium/standards offers.
  • Understands the competitive landscape and help define competitive strategy.
  • You will turn customer problems into simplified user interfaces that guides customers to make decisions based on actionable data
  • Measures key product and business metrics to understand success and/or failure of go to market strategies.
  • Works with the UX team to design the best experience for the users.

Requirements  

  • Higher education, engineering school or marketing / business, and you have at least 3 years in a similar role, including experience in a startup environment and in the creation of new services, based on customer feedback and data.
  • Data driven and strong analytical skills 
  • You are comfortable working with agile teams as well as previous experience handling atlassian tools
  • You have evolved into the B2B2C SaaS industry, preferably in the areas of digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Strong experience in web and mobile customer experience
  • Understand customer needs and gather product requirements. Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
  • Excellent English and French communication skills in written and verbal; Other European languages are a plus
