Responsibilities as a Sr. Fintech Analyst, Payments:
- Strategy Development: Analyse and enhance the company’s payment operations, identifying areas for optimisation and aligning initiatives with business objectives.
- Performance Optimisation: Define and track key payment metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvements to drive seamless transactions.
- Data & Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights, support decision-making, and drive data-driven payment strategies.
- Partnership Support: Collaborate with financial institutions, payment providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment flows.
- Risk & Compliance: Support regulatory adherence and risk mitigation efforts, ensuring payment processes comply with industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and finance teams to implement payment solutions and improve efficiency.
Qualifications/Required Skills for an ideal Sr. Fintech Analyst, Payments:
- Payments Expertise: Proven experience in payment processing, fintech, or financial services, with an understanding of transaction flows and regulatory landscapes.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets and drive informed decisions.
