Senior Fraud Specialist
For our client, a FinTech providing international money transfer services, we are looking for a Senior Fraud Specialist.
The Job
As Senior Fraud Specialist your focus will lay on the control and organization of the team’s projects for the further development and optimization of fraud management. You ensure that the fraud area and fraud issues are optimally and efficiently integrated into the projects of our client.
Day-to-Day

You will design and coordinate new fraud processes

As an all-rounder in the field of fraud management, you will be active in a variety of ways in your team.

You will identify fraud trends and take appropriate preventive measures against fraudulent activities in eCommerce

You will classify the risk of merchants as part of their onboarding and identify and analyze suspicious transactions

You will also process incoming cases of suspected fraud and be in contact with dealers and banks

You create and communicate reports, ad hoc evaluations and key figures for internal and external addressees

You will support and advise internal areas such as IT, compliance and legal on fraud-related topics
Required Skills

You bring several years of experience in the field of fraud management, IT security or customer support/operations – preferably with an online payment service provider – or have comparable professional experience

You bring practical experience in project management and the management of service providers as well as internal and external stakeholders
