Our Singapore office is seeking a Senior Lead Recruiter to drive our APAC expansion. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruiter with proven experience in developing & establishing new business relationships.
As a Senior Lead Recruiter:
- Grow & manage your own portfolio of clients & candidates
- Develop a diversified client base across Asia / APAC region, focused on creating high-quality partnerships with opportunities for repeat business
- Search, source, headhunt & screen potential candidates
- Manage end to end recruitment process from interview to offer, ensuring high-quality process along the way
- Negotiate terms of business
- Responsible for mapping & identifying strategy for continued growth & success

Requirements of a Senior Lead Recruiter
- Must have previous success in B2B sales & 360 recruitment
- Must be already based in Singapore as we're looking for an immediate start. Preference for Singaporean candidates
- 4+ years of recruitment or staffing experience
- You will work closely with our EU headquarters so must have a solid understanding of European Culture
- Fluent in English due to working with international clients & EU headquarters + other languages highly desirable
- Previous work experience in the FinTech, SaaS, E-Commerce or Cyber industries also highly desirable
- Passionate about developing people to their full potential
- Previous people management experience also a big plus
- Must be client & service-oriented
- Able to understand & interpret KPI’s and objectives to ensure success
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or similar
