For our client, a global provider of a complete payments solution, we are looking for a Senior Legal Manager based in Singapore. Their mission enables international companies to safely take payments through web, mobile, and offline channels
The Job
As a Senior Legal Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring policies are kept current, are approved, and that company members are aware of their implications. Furthermore, you give legal services and guidance in addition to conducting legal research and summarizing applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Day-to-Day

Convening and servicing annual general meetings

Maintenance and updating of corporate profile for each of the subsidiaries

Legal Consultation, providing advice & services

Contract Review , drafting review and revision of all general legal contracts

Litigation – Negotiating about any legal issues, taking legal proceedings in both civil cases
Required Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law
-
6+ years legal and compliance experience
-
3+ years experience in financial services or fintech industry
-
Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently
-
Good connection with government offices related to financial services administration
