In addition to the dominant purchase on account, this company also offers direct debit, installment purchases, and prepayments. The customers and partners include merchants such as Eurowings, eBay, and About You, and payment service providers such as Adyen.

YOUR MISSION

Together our client works on tailor-made solutions for major online merchants and marketplaces and designs the payment solutions of tomorrow.

As part of a diverse, supporting, and cross-functional Product Management Team, you take active ownership of the Salesforce product domain, which is part of one of our Merchant Lifecycle platforms. You follow the latest market trends and developments to define the vision for your domain, which follows the overall vision for the Merchant Lifecycle Platform of our client. Together with the Product and Salesforce team, you will implement solutions to solve the customers and stakeholder problems, while acting according to the company strategy. You will report to the Head of Product – Merchant Lifecycle.

Your further tasks:
  • You are responsible for the further development of the Salesforce domain and work on improving and evolving multiple Salesforce products
  • You manage technically demanding products to impact the merchant on-boarding and customer support working closely with the commercial and operations teams
  • Together with your team, you will be responsible for a high-quality product cycle and continuous value delivery managing the tradeoff between standardisation and custom implementation
  • You pitch your ideas and concepts to the Product Team and actively shape the further development of the company.
  • You work with your team on insights generation through experimentation and support the internal stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
  • You are a clear communicator and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are aware of your products’ progress.

  • You have relevant working experience in Product Management/Ownership
  • You have substantial experience in working with Salesforce, ideally with the Sales and the Service Cloud
  • You have an analytical and structured personality and keep on track even in fast working environments
  • You are a dedicated team player and have a strong intuition for innovative products
  • You have working experience in agile software development.
  • You are passionate about Salesforce and want to get involved in a rapidly growing company
  • You work independently and have the will to constantly improve yourself
  • You have good English and German skills, both written and spoken
