This is the opportunity to join the founding team at an early stage Fintech focused on B2B payments. The founders include people from the likes of Nets Group and Payone and they have already attracted interest from several high profile VCs. They are now looking to bolster the commercial team and you could be an integral part of this next step in their journey.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business, negotiate deals and close contracts specifically in the health sector

  • Identify and research for new markets plus business opportunities

  • Develop a network of key business stakeholders, decision makers in target markets

  • Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate

  • Understand the dynamics and trends of the entertainment industry, especially token/subscription management and subscription economy, financial products enabled by an EMI license, SoftPOS and marketplace solutions

  • Identify clients’ needs and thrive for the highest level of client satisfaction by providing them with proper information, guidance, and support

  • Cooperate with internal teams, e.g. operations, customer support for optimal customer satisfaction

  • Collect and analyse information to prepare data and sales reports

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects to build recommendations on product/process improvements

  • Expand knowledge about the products offered by the company and the competition

 

Requirements

  • MBA degree or equivalent with a focus on Marketing & Sales is desirable 

  • Ability to understand complex sales processes and a proven track record in B2B sales

  • Prior experience in the online payments market or on selling business solutions for health sectors

  • Strong social skills to build rapport, genuine interest in people and companies you work with

  • Ability to work independently but also have a strong sense of “the team” 

  • Good forecasting skills with an accurate and excellent focus on achieving objectives

  • Having a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
