As they continue to grow, they are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant (Account Engagement) to join their dynamic team. They seek a Salesforce expert who can help organisations leverage the marketing automation platform to drive engagement and generate leads.
Responsibilities as a Senior Salesforce Consultant (Account Engagement):
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant (Account Engagement), your day-to-day tasks will contain:
- Implementation and Configuration: Setting up and configuring Pardot according to the organisation's requirements. This involves creating and customising automation rules, email templates, landing pages, forms, and tracking codes
- Integration: Integrating Pardot with other systems within the Salesforce ecosystem, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, to ensure seamless data flow between different departments and applications
- Lead Management: Designing and implementing lead management processes, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, and lead assignment rules, to ensure that leads are effectively tracked and routed to the appropriate sales representatives
- Email Marketing: Developing email marketing campaigns using Pardot's tools and features, including email templates, drip campaigns, A/B testing, and email analytics, to engage with prospects and customers effectively
- Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports and analysing data from Pardot to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, track key metrics such as email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide insights for optimisation
Qualifications/Required Skills for an ideal Senior Salesforce Consultant (Account Engagement):
An ideal candidate for the Senior Salesforce Consultant (Account Engagement) role will need to meet most of these requirements:
- Salesforce Experience: Look for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce CRM administration and configuration
- Marketing Automation Experience: Prior experience with at least 2 years working with marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardot or similar tools like Marketo or HubSpot
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with at least 2 years of practical application
- Pardot Certification: Seek candidates with at least one Pardot certification, such as Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist or Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant
- Language Skills:Â Fluent in Dutch (C1) and Business English (C1)
