Location: Remote in Germany or Austria

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning technology company specializing in payment and data security. This organization is known for its industry-first solutions in PCI-validated point-to-point encryption (P2PE) and has recently expanded its offering to include tools that protect personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI) across various industries.

This is a hunter role for a driven, consultative SaaS sales professional eager to make an impact in the data security space.


The Opportunity

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base across verticals such as healthcare, retail, public sector, and travel. You will focus on selling mission-critical SaaS security products that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, software, payment gateways, or processors. You’ll be supported by a collaborative marketing team but are expected to drive the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and discovery through to closing and client onboarding.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a personal business plan to meet revenue targets

  • Generate and manage leads via personal network and marketing-qualified opportunities

  • Lead a consultative sales process to understand client needs and demonstrate product value

  • Present security solutions to prospective clients, including regulatory and risk-related insights

  • Work cross-functionally to support integrated product offerings and cross-sell opportunities

  • Maintain detailed activity in Salesforce, with consistent time and pipeline management

  • Represent the company at industry events and partner trade shows


Your Background

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on security or compliance solutions

  • Proven track record in consultative selling across multiple verticals

  • Strong business development skills with a proactive, “hunter” mindset

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, Yesware, or similar platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple sales cycles in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Comfortable navigating complex decision-making units and influencing senior stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
