Senior Product Manager – Baas
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the content of all phases of new products in the area of lending and factoring; from conception to implementation as well as optimisation of existing products
- Further development of our product landscape with a focus on lending
- Definition of technical requirements, together with IT Development
- Close conceptual cooperation with internal stakeholders and main contact person for the departments, service providers and strategic partnerships involved in product development
- Advancing the strategic product orientation in the area of Banking-as-a-Service within the bank
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree in the field of economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Demonstrable professional experience in the environment of consulting companies, FinTechs, IT companies or financial institutions
- Versatile expertise in managing, implementing and leading projects (preferably within the framework of modern working methods, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in technical-operational processes as well as very good IT understanding
- Strong structuring, analytical and abstracting skills
- Business fluent English and very good German skills
